TENDER DESCRIPTION

The volunteer-run Hockey and Tennis Club Uhlenhorst Mülheim (“HTCU” / “Contracting Authority”) is carrying out the extension and conversion of its club premises. On the one hand, work is under way to build a two-field hockey hall together with an athletics/fitness centre as a national hockey base (hereinafter “National Hockey Base”). On the other hand, an existing hockey and tennis hall is to be converted into a three-field tennis hall (hereinafter “Tennis Hall”). Both projects must be implemented at the same time because there are close structural interactions between the building components. The costs, however, must be separated precisely in order to comply with funding requirements.
