TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers the bus transport services for the following VVS routes listed below: – Route 634 Weissach - Flacht - Rutesheim - Leonberg – Route 634A Weissach - Flacht - Perouse - Rutesheim (school services) – Route N62 Leonberg - Gebersheim - Rutesheim - Perouse - Flacht - Weissach and back This is exclusively for scheduled services that are to be approved in accordance with Section 42 of the PBefG. The contractor must comply with the specified timetable; this is attached as Annex LB.1. Annex LB.2 and Annex LB.3 contain the relevant planning aids. With the commissioning of the transport area, the minimum targets pursuant to Section 6 of the Act on the Procurement of Clean Road Vehicles (SaubFahrzeugBeschG) must be fully met: a minimum quota of 65% of clean vehicles, calculated based on the contract awarded. Instead of clean vehicles, emission-free vehicles may also be used to meet the minimum targets.
