TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers the bus transport services on the following listed VVS lines: – Line 634 Weissach - Flacht - Rutesheim - Leonberg – Line 634A Weissach - Flacht - Perouse - Rutesheim (school transport) – Line N62 Leonberg - Gebersheim - Rutesheim - Perouse - Flacht - Weissach and back This concerns exclusively scheduled services that are to be authorised pursuant to Section 42 of the PBefG. The contractor must comply with the specified timetable; this is attached as Annex LB.1. The corresponding planning aids are contained in Annex LB.2 and Annex LB.3. Upon commissioning the transport area, the minimum targets under Section 6 of the Act on the procurement of clean road vehicles (SaubFahrzeugBeschG) require the minimum quota of 65% of clean vehicles, calculated in relation to the awarded performance, to be met in full. Instead of clean vehicles, emission-free vehicles may also be used to meet the minimum targets.
