TENDER DESCRIPTION
At the site in Guben (Lusatia), at Friedrich-Engels-Straße 72, the Pestalozzi Gymnasium of the Spree-Neiße district is located. This facility is currently used by approximately 350 students in year groups 7-12 as well as by 26 teachers. To ensure the school’s high quality standard with regard to safety and functionality, it is necessary to complete the intended tasks to be carried out promptly. Due to the usual usage periods, where possible the periods shall be used in which no school operations take place. Measures that can be carried out during school operations are separately specified. Offer as a contract draft for the HOAI services for object planning for service phases 1-9 and structural engineering planning for service phases 1-6 for the energy-efficient refurbishment of the – gymnasium hall with commemorative plaque. A phased award is planned for service phases 1-3, 4-6 and 7-9.
