The property caretaker services include the entirety of the services that serve to ensure the operation of buildings and facilities. House inspections, checks, maintenance and minor repairs are to be carried out. The necessary tasks are coordinated, performed and invoiced in cooperation with the responsible employees of the Central Services working group of LMBV mbH. The technical and personal equipment of the property caretakers, including the required tools, equipment and machines, is provided by the contracting authority.
