TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the legally compliant treatment as well as the legally compliant transport of mixed municipal waste from the district of Braunau from 01.01.2027. The contract is initially concluded for a fixed term until the end of 31.12.2032. The contracting authority is entitled, by means of a unilateral declaration, to extend the contract once by 2 years and thereafter a further time by 1.5 years, so that a maximum contract term until the end of 30.06.2036 (in total 9.5 years) may result. The overall order size is determined in particular by the Terms of Reference (Appendix ./1).
