TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to award the provision of air rescue at the Ravensburg site for the period from 01.07.2028 to 31.08.2051 (23 years and 1 month). Air rescue must be carried out as a task of emergency rescue. The services to be awarded include • the provision of a suitable rescue helicopter and the required medical-technical equipment for the operation of the RTH Christoph Oberschwaben, daily from sunrise (at the earliest from 07:00 a.m.) until sunset plus 30 minutes; • the construction and operation of an air rescue station on a plot of land provided by the district of Ravensburg in the western district of Ravensburg; • the provision of the suitable and required helicopter pilots, emergency physicians and HEMS-TC required for the operation of the RTH; • the carrying out of primary and secondary missions (“Dual-Use model”) according to the relevant legal and administrative provisions.
