TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Gräfelfing intends to carry out the general refurbishment of the fire station at Würmstraße 5, 82166 Gräfelfing. As the fire station must remain in operation in whole or in part throughout the entire construction period in order to ensure the fire brigade’s operational readiness on a permanent basis, special requirements for coordination and continued operations management must be taken into account in the planning and construction supervision. The subject of the contract is object planning services for buildings and interior spaces in accordance with § 34(3) HOAI in service phases 5 to 8 (execution planning, preparation of the procurement, participation in the award procedure and site supervision). In addition, special services are included, in particular in the areas of planning schedule management, continued operations management, milestone scheduling, costs, change orders, risk management, interfaces, documentation, commissioning, and defects management.
