TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procedure is structured in two stages: At the first level, the framework agreement is concluded with suitable bidders (condition: fulfilment of the qualification requirements and at least two points in the implementation concept). At the second level, mini-competitions are conducted for specific construction projects among the framework agreement partners. The contract award for the respective individual contract is made to the most economically advantageous tender. The overall ceiling is a total of 20 accommodation units. Scope of performance: The scope of services includes the turnkey construction of residential complexes using modular or container construction as a complete service, in particular: • manufacturing, transport, erection and installation of the facility including site set-up • all planning services (design/planning of the property, fire protection, structural engineering, outdoor areas planning, and where applicable soil subgrade investigations); compliance with the GEG is part of the contract • substructure/foundations with reinforced-concrete foundations • provision of utilities (sewer, water, electricity, telecommunications/WLAN, fire alarm system) •…
