TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procedure is structured in two stages: At the first level, the framework agreement is concluded with suitable bidders (condition: fulfilment of the requirements relating to suitability and at least two points in the implementation concept). At the second level, mini-competitions are carried out among the framework agreement partners for specific construction projects. The award for the respective individual contract is made to the most economically advantageous tender. The overall upper limit is a total of 20 accommodation facilities. Scope of performance: The scope of performance comprises the turnkey construction of residential facilities using modular and/or container construction as a complete service, in particular: • manufacture, transport, erection and installation of the facility including site set-up • all planning services (building design, fire protection, structural engineering, planning of open spaces; if applicable, soil/subsoil investigations); compliance with the GEG forms part of the contract • foundation works with reinforced concrete foundations • infrastructure/utility connections (sewer, water, electricity, telecommunications/WLAN, fire alarm reporting…
