TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the lot is the provision of routine maintenance cleaning services, including the scheduled recurring services, as well as, where required, deep cleaning services, contract cleaning services and special cleaning services to be commissioned as needed for the property of the Erlangen-Höchstadt district office, Nägelsbachstraße 1, 91052 Erlangen. The property to be cleaned comprises two levels of underground car parking, the ground floor and four upper floors. The cleaning areas are divided into different room groups according to their use. In particular, the following areas are to be cleaned: office and administrative rooms, meeting and multi-purpose rooms, sanitary areas, tea kitchens and social rooms, waiting areas, corridors, foyers and entrance areas, stairwells, lifts, functional rooms, storage and archive areas, examination and treatment rooms, the underground car park and ramp, technical and utility rooms, and workshops.
