TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the lot is the provision of routine maintenance cleaning, including the scheduled cycle-based services, as well as deep cleaning, contract-specified cleaning (regie services) and special cleaning services to be commissioned as required for the premises of the Erlangen-Höchstadt District Office, Nägelsbachstraße 1, 91052 Erlangen. The premises to be cleaned comprise two underground car park levels, the ground floor and four upper floors. The cleaning areas are divided into different room groups according to their use. In particular, the following areas are to be cleaned: office and administrative rooms, meeting and multi-purpose rooms, sanitary areas, tea kitchens and social rooms, waiting areas, corridors, foyer and entrance areas, stairwells, lifts/elevators, functional rooms, storage and archive areas, examination and treatment rooms, underground car park and ramp, technical and utility rooms, and workshops.
