The subject of the contract is the professional, hygienically impeccable, and value-preserving provision of maintenance cleaning services for the properties of the district hospital Kaufbeuren as well as for the associated areas of the district clinics Schwaben WuF specified in the procurement documents. The scope of services includes in particular the regular, room group- and frequency-related cleaning of floors, surfaces, furnishings and equipment items as well as the cleaning and stocking of hygiene article dispensers. The services also include emptying and cleaning waste and recyclable material containers, the separate collection of waste, and its internal transport to the designated collection points.
