The subject of the contract is the professional, hygienically flawless and value-preserving provision of maintenance cleaning services for the properties of the Kaufbeuren District Hospital as well as for the associated areas of the Schwaben District Clinics WuF designated in the procurement documents. The scope of services includes in particular the regular cleaning of floor surfaces, surfaces, furnishings and equipment items based on room groups and frequency, as well as the cleaning and replenishment of hygiene dispenser units. The services also include the emptying and cleaning of waste and recyclable material containers, the separate collection of waste, and their in-house transport to the designated collection points.
