TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement per lot for operational support and continuous further development of the existing company-wide business application landscape as well as the migration and transformation to a modern ERP generation. This includes supplementary services for integration, data and interface management as well as document and content management. The goal is to maintain stable operation while gradually transferring processes and applications to the target architecture. The tendered service is structured both technically and professionally into several clearly defined performance areas (lots). The service includes, in ongoing operation, in particular the analysis and resolution of malfunctions, processing of standardized requests, technical and professional monitoring, regular service reviews, and coordination with the involved departments. In the area of further development, consulting services, conceptual and technical design, implementation/adjustment, testing, and orderly handover to productive operation including the necessary deployments are provided.
