The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement per lot, covering operational support and the continuous further development of the existing, company-wide business application landscape as well as the migration and transformation to a modern ERP generation. This includes complementary services for integration, data, and interface management as well as document and content management. The goal is to maintain stable operations while gradually transferring processes and applications into the target architecture. The tendered service is professionally and technically structured into several, content-wise distinct service areas (lots). The service in ongoing operations includes in particular the analysis and resolution of malfunctions, processing standardized requirements, technical and professional monitoring, regular service reviews as well as coordination with the involved departments. In the area of further development, consulting services, conceptual and technical design, implementation/adaptation, testing and the orderly handover into productive operation including the necessary deployments are provided.
