TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract award is the delivery of waste collection containers with batch-specific different filling volumes and for the collection of the waste fractions known from household waste: organic, residual, paper/cardboard (PPK - paper, cardboard, carton). The contracts to be concluded are framework agreements pursuant to § 21 VgV. Claims for performance and remuneration generally only arise after an individual call-off issued by the Contracting Authority in text form (§ 126b BGB). Quantities of waste collection containers already commissioned with the award of the contract are exempt from the requirement of individual call-off.
