TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract award is the delivery of waste collection containers with batch-specifically different filling volumes and for the collection of the household waste fractions Bio, Residual, PPK (paper, cardboard, carton) known in household waste. The contracts to be concluded are framework agreements pursuant to § 21 VgV. Claims for the provision of services and remuneration basically arise exclusively after an individual call-off by the contracting authority granted in text form (§ 126b BGB). Excluded from the requirement of individual call-off are the quantities of waste collection containers that are already ordered upon award.
