TENDER DESCRIPTION

On plot E1, one or more companies are to be awarded for commercial developments by concluding long lease agreements (with an obligation to construct and put into operation the operational buildings/production facilities and a maximum term (including options) of up to 50 years) or by concluding lease agreements (hereinafter also collectively: land plot contracts). The conclusion of a long lease agreement is only possible if the respective bidder will make substantial own investments by constructing buildings and facilities on the plot. If the requirements for the conclusion of the long lease agreement are not met, the conclusion of a lease agreement is possible. Companies are to be located which deal with processing incoming and outgoing seaborne goods and/or their storage and/or transport and/or the associated port-related services. An express obligation to operate in this sense shall be agreed (port-related development). However, preference shall be given to companies which deal primarily with processing, storage and/or transport of containers/containerised goods.
