TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract covered by this invitation to tender includes the rental and removal of containers to IVOO’s incineration installation, located at Klokhofstraat 2 in Ostend, and the green composting installation designated by IVOO. The green composting installation is located at the company De Bree on its site in Ostend, Klokhofstraat 2A. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and ends on 31 December 2027. The contract may be extended three times for a period of one year. The contract is extended tacitly unless one of the parties terminates the agreement by registered letter, no later than 4 months before the end of the term.
