TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a single-award framework agreement with a maximum amount awarded in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year, tacitly renewable 3 times for one year under the same conditions. It is divided into 3 lots: Lot 1 - Regulatory inspections of buildings, equipment and materials, with a maximum amount of 140,000 Euros excluding VAT per period.
