TENDER DESCRIPTION
The seller intends to sell five properties located in Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg, and Carinthia. The properties will be sold individually. Interested parties can also purchase multiple properties. Initial information about the properties can be found in the distribution teasers (Annex 1). This is not a procurement procedure within the meaning of the BVergG (the tender procedure is conducted via ANKÖ solely for reasons of transparency).
