The seller intends to sell five properties located in Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg, and Carinthia. The properties will be sold individually. However, interested parties may also acquire several of the properties. Initial information about the properties can be found in the distribution teasers (Annex 1). This is not a procurement procedure within the meaning of the BVergG (the tender procedure is only conducted via ANKÖ for reasons of transparency).
