TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority draws attention to the following special features which are expected to all be required for the contract execution: The traffic engineering basic data and example signal timing plan(s) must be prepared in accordance with the "Guideline for the traffic engineering processing of traffic signal installations in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg" of the State Enterprise for Roads, Bridges and Waterways (LSBG) (Landesbetrieb Straßen, Brücken und Gewässern), including partial updates (location plan, intermediate time matrix, signal timing plans, etc.). They must be produced by the engineers of the contractor (AN) themselves, with the involvement of the traffic engineering workplace "LISA+" (software of Schlothauer and Wauer AG). For the signal documents, the StVO (Road Traffic Regulations), the "Guidelines for Traffic Signal Installations" (RiLSA), the "Handbook for the assessment of road traffic facilities" (HBS) and the "Technical specifications for traffic signals in Hamburg" and the "Guideline for traffic signal installations" in each case in their current version continue to apply as the basis.
