TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the procurement is to contract a single contractor and enter into a framework agreement with this contractor who will be responsible for the printing of voting passes, candidate lists, and ballots and their delivery for the elections in the municipalities of Sittard-Geleen, Maastricht, Heerlen, Landgraaf, and Stein. Also included in the contract is the management of the entire process from the production of the printed materials through to their delivery at the correct addresses. Given the nature of the printed materials, high demands are placed on the accuracy and security during production and delivery. See procurement guidelines.
