TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority aims, based on this European open procurement procedure according to the Procurement Act 2012, to enter into an agreement with one (1) contractor for printing and delivering election printing materials for the voter and materials for all polling stations and the counting process. The desired outcome for the contracting authority is to conclude an agreement with one contractor capable of delivering all election printing materials in accordance with the legally established or agreed specifications with the contracting authority and within the legally prescribed deadlines. The contracting authority considers it important that the printed materials are produced and delivered with as little impact on nature as possible. The contracting authority values flexibility, reliability, and efficient cooperation. The contracting authority intends to conclude an agreement for a duration of six (6) years. The municipality intends to conclude an agreement for a duration of four (4) years with the option to extend it twice (2) by a maximum of one (1) year each time.
