TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Enschede, as the contracting authority, wishes to contract 1 contractor for the production and delivery of printed materials for elections. The contracting authority periodically organises various elections and wishes to outsource election printed materials for this purpose. The organisation of elections entails that the exact scope of the printed materials required for each election is not fully known in advance. The quantities depend, among other things, on the number of eligible voters, statutory requirements and any interim elections. The contracting authority is looking for a contractor who can deal with this flexibly and reliably. In this procurement procedure, the municipality of Enschede acts as lead authority (penvoerder) for the municipalities of Almelo, Borne, Dinkelland, Enschede, Hellendoorn, Hengelo, Hof van Twente, Losser, Oldenzaal, Ommen, Rijssen-Holten, Tubbergen, Twenterand and Wierden. Each municipality concludes a (framework) agreement for itself.
