TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority aims, based on this European public procurement procedure according to the Public Procurement Act 2012, to enter into an agreement with one (1) contractor for the printing and delivery of election printing materials for the voter and materials for all polling stations and the counting process. The desired outcome for the contracting authority is to conclude an agreement with one contractor who is capable of delivering all election printing in accordance with legally established or contracting authority-agreed specifications and within the legally prescribed timeframes. The contracting authority considers it important that the printing is produced and delivered with minimal impact on nature. The contracting authority values flexibility, reliability, and efficient cooperation. The contracting authority intends to conclude an agreement for a duration of six (6) years. The municipality intends to conclude an agreement for a duration of four (4) years with the possibility to extend it two (2) times by a maximum of one (1) year.
