TENDER DESCRIPTION
The basis for the services to be provided is the scope of services under HOAI (2021) for the following planning services: - Real estate planning, external works: basic services of service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 39(3) HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 11 No. 11.1 HOAI - Real estate planning, engineering structures: basic services of service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 43(1) HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 12 No. 12.1 HOAI (technical utility connection and media connection) - Real estate planning, traffic facilities: basic services of service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 47(1) HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 13 No. 13.1 HOAI, plus special and optional services.
