Manhole surveying in the urban area of Fürth as a basis for the establishment/update of the sewer data base and for recalculating the 6 main catchment areas. Main catchment area 3, approx. 1,932 manhole structures Therefore, in the sewer information system, all relevant structural components must be recorded. In addition to the geometric characteristics of the manhole structure, the location, height, dimensions, direction, gradient, profile shape and the material of the incoming and outgoing sewer sections, as well as residential and industrial connections, must also be recorded.
