TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), represented by the Ministry of the Interior of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (IM NRW), represented by the Hochsauerlandkreis district police authority, intends to lease a service building in Marsberg. The building must have usable area (NUF) according to DIN 277 of at least 372 m², approximately 19 parking spaces and 5 bicycle parking spaces. The required employee parking spaces may also be located on an adjacent property. The investor/lessor must provide and maintain the entire building during the lease period in accordance with the tenant’s requirements. The aim is for construction completion and handover by the end of 2029.
