TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), represented by the Ministry of the Interior of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (IM NRW), which is represented by the Hochsauerlandkreis district police authority, intends to lease an office/service building in Marsberg. The building must have a usable area (NUF) in accordance with DIN 277 of at least 372 m², approx. 19 parking spaces and 5 bicycle parking spaces. The required employee parking spaces may also be located on a neighboring property. The investor/lessor must provide and maintain the entire building during the lease term in accordance with the tenant’s requirements. Building completion and handover by the end of 2029 is the target.
