TENDER DESCRIPTION

The German Bundestag intends to hold events with a promotional vehicle at mostly publicly visible locations throughout the entire federal territory in the years 2027 to at least 2028. The promotional vehicle is a truck with a trailer, whereby the trailer offers an event area suitable for seating and use with at least 40 seats. The goal of the deployments of the promotional vehicle throughout the federal territory is to inform the public about the function, operation, and history of the parliament. At all deployments of the promotional vehicle, citizens also have the opportunity to meet local members of the German Bundestag. The members are available for individual conversations or interviews about their work in the Bundestag are held. During the deployments of the promotional vehicle (PFZ), usually two to three freelance, non-binding contractors commissioned by the German Bundestag take over the information and knowledge transfer to the visitors.
