TENDER DESCRIPTION

The German Bundestag intends to conduct events with a promotional vehicle on mostly public, high-profile locations throughout the Federal Republic in the years 2027 to at least 2028. The promotional vehicle is a truck with a trailer, whereby the trailer offers an action area suitable for seating and use with at least 40 seats. The aim of the deployments of the promotional vehicle throughout the Federal Republic is to inform the public about the function, working methods, and history of the parliament. At all deployments of the promotional vehicle, citizens also have the opportunity to meet local members of the German Bundestag. The members are available for individual conversations or interviews about their work in the Bundestag are organized.
