TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority wishes, with this selection guideline, to question the market regarding the renewal and refurbishment of Cath Lab room 3 into a dedicated device room for implanting cardiac rhythm device systems. The current room is technically outdated and has a C-arm that will reach end-of-service in the short term, while activity in device electrophysiological interventions continues to increase strongly. The new layout must provide for additional capacity, an optimal workflow, and an ergonomic and safe working environment for both physicians and nurses. The assignment includes, among other things: - Replacement of the C-arm and installation of adapted medical equipment; - Adaptation to infrastructure and technical facilities (pendants, ceiling, connections); - Layout of the control room and integration of monitoring and recording systems; - Ergonomic optimisation with attention to the positioning of pendants, lead screens, operating lamps and screens; - Attention to radiation safety, hygiene, ease of maintenance and continuity of operations.
