TENDER DESCRIPTION
Sanadura commissions the external provision of catering services for the Promulins care homes in Samedan and Du Lac in St. Moritz, as well as for the Spitex meal service. The contract includes, in particular, menu planning, procurement, production and provision of meals, staff catering, diet and special diets, logistics, and quality assurance and food safety. The contract also includes operating the Bistro Du Lac and the Cafeteria Promulins. Performance of the services begins on 1 May 2027.
