TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is insurance coverage (combined construction all-risks insurance plus two liability excess indemnity insurance policies) for the new construction and turnkey commissioning of the "Campus Merheim". The insurance contract for the combined construction all-risks insurance (Lot 1) covers the lines of insurance: construction works insurance (construction all-risks), employer’s liability (builing owner’s liability), operational liability, environmental liability and environmental damage insurance, as well as professional liability insurance for planning. The insurance contract for the 1st liability excess indemnity insurance (Lot 2) covers the lines of insurance: building owner’s liability, operational liability, environmental liability and environmental damage insurance, as well as professional liability insurance for planning. The insurance contract for the 2nd liability excess indemnity insurance (Lot 3) covers the lines of insurance: building owner’s liability, operational liability, environmental liability and environmental damage insurance.
