TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment involves supporting RVO in registering and processing responses and comments during information sessions about energy and mining projects that are part of statutory consultation procedures. In doing so, stakeholders' responses are carefully recorded for further decision-making purposes. The estimated contract value amounts to € 200,000 excluding VAT. This estimate is based on expenditures in recent years and the expected number of information sessions during the term of the Agreement. The estimate assumes an average of 62 information sessions per year. The contracting authority may, if the circumstances described in paragraph 2.6.1 of the procurement document arise, extend the contract to the maximum contract value. The total maximum value to be procured under the Agreement, including any application of the revision clause and option years, amounts to € 300,000 excluding VAT.
