TENDER DESCRIPTION
The work covered by this contract relates to the renovation of the public lighting installation (PL). The work primarily consists of: - Supplying poles and luminaires - Replacing, installing and connecting lighting objects, poles, luminaires - Coordinating work on the regulated network - Reporting on the work carried out - Providing as-built (revised) data This concerns the replacement of approximately 2000 luminaires and approximately 400 lighting objects/poles. For carrying out the contract, a maximum budget is available of €1,130,000, exclusive of VAT. The available budget constitutes a strict financial boundary condition for this procurement. If the lowest valid tender amount, as stated on the tender form, is higher than €1,130,000, exclusive of VAT, the contracting authority will not award the contract because the available budget is insufficient. In that case, the contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the procurement procedure without awarding the contract.
