Description: The scope of services includes the operation of the on-site laboratory including the organization of the blood depot (transfusion medicine) at the Kreiskrankenhaus Freiberg (outsourcing). The subject matter is ensuring emergency and routine analytics as part of the supply of equipment and provision of diagnostic reagents by an external service provider for a contract term of 48 months, with three extension options of 12 months each. In addition, medical laboratory services (specialist physician laboratory) from Chapters M III and IV of the Scale of Fees for Physicians (GOÄ), which are not provided in the on-site laboratory, must be provided in due time and with guaranteed quality in off-site shipment. In addition, pathology shipment services must be ensured as well as the establishment and operation of a frozen section laboratory on site. The contracting authority’s laboratory services (on-site laboratory and specialist physician laboratory) total approximately 70 million GOÄ points per year.
