TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description: The scope of services includes operation of the on-site laboratory including the organization of the blood depot (transfusion medicine) at the Kreiskrankenhaus Freiberg (outsourcing). The subject matter is to ensure emergency and routine diagnostics within the framework of equipment provision and supply with in-vitro diagnostic reagents by an external service provider for a contract term of 48 months with three extension options, each for 12 months. In addition, the physicians’ laboratory services (specialist doctor laboratory) from Chapters M III and IV of the Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GOÄ) that are not provided in the on-site laboratory must be delivered in a timely manner and with quality assurance via external shipping. In addition, pathology shipping services as well as the establishment and operation of an on-site frozen-section laboratory must be ensured. The contracting authority’s laboratory services (on-site laboratory and specialist doctor laboratory) amount in total to approximately 70 million GOÄ points per year. The pathology services include approximately 7 million GOÄ points per year.
