These are to be delivered in a PDF format conforming to the corporate design and sent via email or Microsoft Teams. Each entry must include a short summary, article link, title, publication date, media title, media type, author, and reach/circulation, structured thematically.
• Quarterly media analysis (LP 3): This involves conducting media resonance analyses (MRA) on a quarterly basis. These analyses utilize quantitative and qualitative parameters and include a concise written Management Summary, providing insights into media perception, reach, and the impact of communication efforts. The MRA should be provided in formats such as PowerPoint and an interactive web dashboard, with integration into MS Teams.
• Provision of a SaaS platform (LP 4): The tender requires the provision of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform equipped with a dashboard, filter functions, customizable alerts, export options (e.g., Excel, PDF), and integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI). This platform is intended for data monitoring, analysis, and support.
• Implementation and training (LP 5): This encompasses the implementation of the solutions and the provision of training sessions for approximately 20 dena employees.
