To market its products outside its own sponsors, the contracting authority enters into distribution partner agreements. These are not exclusive, but are generally available to all interested and qualified market participants. The AI products of Dataport are tailored to the specific requirements of public administration. The offering includes different products and services, including administrative assistants based on generative AI (e.g. LLMoin), products for speech recognition and transcription (e.g. dSprachKI), products for automated mail processing as well as generic services that can be used by customers (e.g. AI models). The objective is to position Dataport’s AI products in the market through the distribution partner’s independent sales activities. The contracting parties each act as independent business operators, act on their own responsibility and coordinate with one another only within the scope of the distribution cooperation.
