TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works to be carried out concern: works on the ventilation system in Parking Reep, more specifically: Both • Removing the existing booster fans; • Installing new booster fans at six locations per parking level, according to the study provided BR26X055 and study BR26072 by Exiss, respectively the study of fire scenarios and how the installation must respond for the evacuation of the CO and LPG gases in Parking Reep; • Replacing the servo motors on the damper grilles with controllable types; • Modifying and programming the complete smoke and heat vent (RWA) installation (= the two large fans on the shafts at the sides of the parking lot and their control elements, as well as the control of the airflow through the motors on the damper grilles and the new booster fans on the three parking levels and their control elements) so that it can comply with both matrices of the study BR26X055 and study BR26072 by Exiss, whereby the current PLC control unit is retained and only needs to be reprogrammed; • Expanding or adapting the web-based PLC page; • Providing the necessary cabling for the booster fans and the damper grilles, with installation in accordance with the standard and the…
