TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the architectural services for the project, known as: Bouwen aan Mosae Forum, a multiple negotiated procurement procedure was carried out at an earlier stage. It has now been established that the total contract value for the follow-on work exceeds the European threshold value. For that reason, the follow-on phases 7 up to and including 9 will be awarded via this European open procedure. Phases 3 up to and including 6 have already been carried out.
