Metal construction work: Site location: The project area is connected to the road network and is located in the district of Recklinghausen, c a. 1 0 km west of the centre of Recklinghausen in the industrial/commercial zone. The building plot borders another building plot which will be assigned to separate development from approximately mid-2 027. If, during construction, third-party construction measures take place on the west-adjacent building plot, restrictions with regard to access, logistics or construction site organisation may result. The services shall be carried out taking into account the local conditions. Further claims arising from any third-party construction measures taking place in parallel cannot be derived from this. Location and type of structural facility: The structure will be built as a compact building volume in three above-ground storeys with a technical floor on the roof. The building is classified as building class 5 in accordance with the state building code (Landesbauordnung) of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and has a gross floor area of approx. 4 .577 m 2.
