Metal construction work: Site location: The project site is accessible by road and located in the district of Recklinghausen, c a. 1 0 km west of the centre of Recklinghausen in the industrial estate. The construction site adjoins another construction site area, which will be allocated to a separate development from approx. mid-2 027. If, during the construction work, third-party construction measures are carried out on the construction site area to the west, this may result in restrictions with regard to access, logistics or construction site organisation. The services shall be carried out taking account of the local conditions. Claims beyond these arising from any third-party construction measures taking place in parallel cannot be derived from this.
