TENDER DESCRIPTION

Any waiting times for the contractor due to lack of coordination of the collection appointment shall be borne by the contractor. The contractor ensures that for coordinating the contract services, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00 at all times a competent contact person with sufficient knowledge of German is available by telephone. The taking over shall be carried out as required at the previously agreed times (generally twice per day, in the morning/forenoon and in the early afternoon). The contractor must ensure weighing of the PPK materials at the take-over point and their documentation (see also below). In terms of vehicle technology, STEP uses semi-trailer tractors with a sliding floor. The vehicle length including sliding floor is approx. 20 m. A sufficient turning circle at the take-over point must be ensured (at least approx. 20 m x 25 m). After taking over the PPK waste, the contractor shall feed the PPK collected goods in the recovery facility offered by it to proper recovery.
