TENDER DESCRIPTION

Any waiting times of the contractor due to lack of coordination of the pickup dates shall be borne by the contractor. The contractor ensures that for coordinating the contractual services, a competent contact person with sufficient knowledge of German is always available by telephone on Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 to 16:00. Acceptance is to take place as required at the pre-arranged times (as a rule twice a day, in the morning/forenoon and in the early afternoon). The contractor must ensure weighing of the PPK materials at the transfer site and documentation thereof (see further below). In vehicle technology, STEP uses semi-trailer tractors with a push-floor. The vehicle length including push-floor is approx. 20 m. An adequate turning circle at the transfer site must be ensured (at least approx. 20 m x 25 m). After taking over the PPK waste, the contractor must direct the PPK collected goods to proper recovery in the recovery facility offered.
