TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority awards the contract for the recovery of waste paper (PPK) in the Eichsfeld district. The waste paper quantity falling under the disposal responsibility of the Eichsfeld district—including a portion of the licensed packaging waste from paper/cardboard/cardboard packaging (PPK)—is being tendered in accordance with the Packaging Act Implementation Act (VerpackDG). The waste paper is compressed into bales and handed over to the contractor. Over the 36 months of the contract term, 11,500 Mg of waste paper are expected to be recovered. Due to fluctuations in the collected quantity and the release claims of the dual systems, the quantity to be recovered may change by up to ± 15 %.
